For the Irish Property Buyers Handbook 2014, the fourth year of the annual, I was delighted to have Dublin architect Derek Trenaman of Ceardean Design write a comprehensive section on Self-Building. This is in addition to the excellent chapter on Finance contributed by Karl Deeter of Irish Mortgage Brokers.
